The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of website and the softwares and services that we provide you (the "Service"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement (the "Agreement") between an individual user ("You") and Ship Merger LLC Inc. ("Ship Merger"). All the internet users who use this Service, related services and features are known as our ("User”,”Ship Merger Users").

The Following Terms Apply to Ship Merger Users

By using and/or visiting the Ship Merger Service (collectively, including but not limited to all services, applications and web pages) the User agrees fully to the terms and conditions provided herein and the terms and conditions of Ship Merger Privacy Policy found on this website, Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") policy, and all the future amendments and modifications. Ship Merger is NOT a service for the commission of criminal acts. It is an anonymity and privacy service. You agree not to violate any laws of any jurisdiction you are originating from, or terminating into.

You agree NOT to

• Use the system for sending spam, port scanning, scanning for open proxies or open relays, sending opt-in email, unsolicited email or any type or version of email sent in large quantities even if the email is ultimately sent off of another server.
• Launch any pop-ups from our Service.
• Attack in any way shape or form any other computer or network while on our Service.
• Use Ship Merger Service for any abusive purpose, or to damage or cause risk to our business, reputation, employees, users, facilities, or to any person.
• Use the Ship Merger Service for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Use Ship Merger Service in a way to being understood as a personal service.
• Use Ship Merger Service if you are under 4 years old.
• Damage, harm, modify or translate Ship Merger Service by any means, including uploading or otherwise disseminating viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code.
• Use Ship Merger Service for uploading materials without the permission of the copyright holders or any materials containing child abuse and child pornography.

Denial of Access

Ship Merger reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at anytime without any prior notice.

Ship Merger may deny access to the Service without any prior notice.

Install and Updates

Ship Merger has the right to install certificates and future updates at anytime without any notice.

Third Parties

By using Ship Merger you acknowledge and consent that Ship Merger may display advertisement within the App, as a separate webpage in your browser, or in any manner that Ship Merger finds suitable. Ship Merger may use third party advertisement services with their own terms and conditions. By using Ship Merger you also agree the terms and condotions of those third party services and acknowledge and adhere that Ship Merger shall not take any responsibility nor liability for the contents shown on their behalf. Using any tools including any software or scripts that may prevent Ship Merger from displaying advertisements may be considered violation of this agreement and Ship Merger may terminate your account under the Termination section of this agreement. You may access and use advertised materials solely at your own risk.

Termination

Ship Merger may terminate your services for any reason at any time. If the termination originated from violation of provisions of this agreement, the user will lose all rights in regard to the refund or any rights given to him/her. Accordingly, his/her account will be terminated permanently. If the termination originated from any other reasons, the user may be eligible to ask for a refund provision of this agreement. In any case, Ship Merger is not responsible nor liable for any damages or costs emerging from this termination or any other reason related to its services.

Ownership

The Ship Merger Service is owned by Ship Merger LLC Inc. All the visual interfaces, compilation, information, servers, products, softwares, graphic materials, computer code (source code or object code), and all other elements of the service are owned by Ship Merger LLC Inc.

Service Quality and Limitations

Actual Service coverage, speeds, locations and quality may vary. The Service will attempt to be available at all times except for limited periods for maintenance and repair. However the Service may be subject to unavailability for a variety of factors beyond our control including emergencies, third party service failures, transmission, equipment or network problems or limitations, interference, signal strength, and may be interrupted, refused, limited or curtailed.

We are not responsible for data, messages or pages lost, not delivered, delayed or misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the Service or communications services or networks (e.g., T-1 lines or the Internet). We may impose usage or Service limits, suspend Service, or block certain kinds of usage in our sole discretion to protect users or the Service. Network speed is an estimate and is no indication of the speed at which your or the Service sends or receives data. Actual network speed will vary based on configuration, compression, network congestion and other factors. The accuracy and timelines of data received is not guaranteed; delays or omissions may occur.

Content/Usage Disclaimer

Ship Merger is keenly committed to "neutral internet". Accordingly, it does not hide any content nor block any ports or IPs. Your data traffic will be kept safe in the highest feasible manner and no records of them will be stored. Ship Merger guaranties that it never monitor nor keep logs of its users' data. Ship Merger is and will dispense all of its resources to provide the highest possible protection of your privacy on the Internet.

CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Ship Merger User understands that the present Terms of Service are subject to changes made by Ship Merger at any time at its sole discretion, and you agree to be bound by any and all modifications, changes and/or revisions. You understand that it is your obligation to periodically review this webpage in order to account for any changes made, as they will be binding upon assent.

The terms and conditions herein apply to all users of Ship Merger and you are only authorized to use Ship Merger if you agree to abide by all applicable federal and state laws and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
